Last night got out of the office into the gym with my spinning and swimming class ahead of me , got there early and under my new internal coaching system which is Dont be afraid of the running, I have installed in my brain the ” if you put trainers on you must run 5k” so I will then not be afraid of running 5K .
is that nuts ?
So on the running machine feeling funky managed a 5K in 32 minutes,
Off the running machine into my spinning class already looking tried and sweaty , onto the bike for a hour class , heavy gearing hills and speed work , 26k covered in the hour,
Off the bike into the pool felt tired but great, swim training class 1700 meters 45 minutes, in sets of 4 x 100m, 8x 100m etc
fell out of the pool into a jacket potato with cheese and beans , felt tired real tired but also felt a million dollars,
drunk 2x mixed bottle of lucazade /water had a chocolate milkshake on the way there total workout time 32min run, 60min cycle and 45 min swim 2 hours 28 minutes and feeling fine
